We went to Bristol with friends last weekend. We were driven there in the Tesla X, dropped off at the venue. The doors draw an audience. When we were collected people crowded round - so close that the door sensors wouldn't allow them to shut!

On the way back we experienced Ludicrous mode - bl00dy heck!!

I do love the idea of very little to go wrong with these cars.

I saw a Tesla without the top on it at Goodwood, and the drivetrain, etc, was so simple ... I love that aspect of the electric drivetrain.

With only about 20 moving parts, it bodes well for the mechanicals. Also with regen braking pads and discs last 50k miles+ !!!!

Booking a test drive next week!!

I was studying Tesla recently the numbering of the cars on the back.

So you get a model S 85 kwh 4x4 the badge is 85D.
The model S 100 kwh 4x4 the badge is 100D

I think that's right anyway.

Sounds about right. And a P in front means performance.

How long before someone puts a V8 badge on one?!!
