2 series convertible with an autobox?
Surely they're only for menopausal women?

you're not wrong, i have flushed away so much money on swapping cars this last 12 months its unreal.......and before anyone says 'hah!, twat!'.........I absolutely know!, its infuriating but at the same time, i just haven't got my choices right and....well.....its cost me big!.

Life is too short to worry about that - the lost money will get forgotten, but the memories of having some cool cars will live on ...

M235i (or M240i) will be epic ....

My auntie has a 15 plate (i think) 235i coupe - they were up this weekend and had promised me a go...which i relished.....but...

It was snowing...so they came in my uncles Audi A6 Allroad....not quite the same, but nice!

Spot will be having the last laugh - i'm sure.

Warm day, roof down, shades on - foot down on a good road....excellence.

Removing the roof does create the kinda...'womans car' thing....BUT...crucially - it ads a totally new dimension to the drive! And the better for it!

Saying that, i do think the coupe looks nicer....but still, it's not me.

If you are ever passing, come and have a go.

I'm quite surprised how good it is .... really is 99% an Elise, or Z4, etc, etc.

I've got the Picasso for my fun drives, it's really great the way it leans slightly into a bend and you can feel your way around, the torque from the 1.6 diesel pulling you out of the bend, it's supris - no, it's shit.

Don't worry - I might be strange....but i'm not that strange. The Picasso is not a fun car to drive. But it's fine for general duties.

The 107 can be fun though, small cars rule, really.

You only have to look back 5 - 10 - 15 years, and that would have been classed as a hot hatch

Maybe! If it had shorter gearing it would be quite quick! It's very much geared for economy.

Tell you what was suprisinly quick - the Saxo i got from Andoo. For a 60bhp 1.1 it was great. Im sure Andoo must have given it a couple of Italian tune-ups!
