Epic - roadtrip time !!!

I hope you’ve got big plans ...... hoon down the local lanes, maybe take it in to town, and park outside a swanky restaurant, and obviously go and show it off to your mates.

I hope you’ve got a babysitter - you’ll be getting some tonight !!!

Yep - mattress in the back so you won't wake the kids!

Very useful. Not unpleasant to drive. Displayed mpg is a rather poor 32.

Returned. Did approx 50 miles it in. Very useful. Could not use our 'own' van as i needed a good 8ft length (to transport by own penis) and our works van can only take approx 5ft.

So had to borrow 'next doors'.

Very good A/C. Engine reasonably refined for a van. Felt like sitting too high. Adjusted seat to lowest position but i still felt high. It goes stupid high, for short people.

Also, it's clear that this vehicle is mainly a Fiat (despite being a Fiat/Citroen/Peugeot shared thingy) - the interior certainly is all fiat, i recognise it from other models. The diesel engine however is a PSA unit.

'Our' van is also a Relay, but it's an older LWB model with the 3.0 diesel engine - which goes like an absolute train (also very smooth)

This 2.0 hdi was less so in both regards but performance was adequate, certainly.

The price on the side refers to the Berlingo van. You can get nearly new ones of these Relays (18 plate del miles) for like...£13995 + vat which strikes me as good for this decent size of van.

This one had bluetooth and i paired my phone with it. This is still quite rare for me as pretty much none of my cars have it (the Panda did)

It can read out your txt messages which is great fun and my mate in the passenger seat sent multiple seriously dodgy messages and i put the windows down and the volume right up. "oh yes, right there, give it to me oh oh oh oh oh oh oh yes baby! and stuff like that.

Childish but funny.

I only hope the van hasn't stored them!

I need to check stuff. I said the engine (2.0) was a PSA Unit....but it MIGHT be a fiat unit......unsure....

2.2 HDi1 Ford Puma 2,198 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 110 PS (81 kW; 110 hp) @ 3,500 rpm 250 N⋅m (180 lb⋅ft) @ 1,750 rpm
2.2 HDi1 Ford Puma 2,198 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 130 PS (96 kW; 130 hp) @ 3,500 rpm 320 N⋅m (240 lb⋅ft) @ 2,000 rpm
2.2 HDi1 Ford Puma 2,198 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 150 PS (110 kW; 150 hp) @ 3,500 rpm 350 N⋅m (260 lb⋅ft) @ 1,750 rpm
115 Multijet2 FPT Family B 250A1000 1,956 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 115 PS (85 kW; 113 hp) @ 3,700 rpm 280 N⋅m (210 lb⋅ft) @ 1,500 rpm
130 Multijet2 Iveco F1AE3481D 2,287 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 130 PS (96 kW; 130 hp) @ 3,600 rpm 320 N⋅m (240 lb⋅ft) @ 1,800 rpm
150 Multijet2 Iveco F1AE3481E 2,287 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 148 PS (109 kW; 146 hp) @ 3,600 rpm 350 N⋅m (260 lb⋅ft) @ 1,500 rpm
180 Multijet Power/3.0 HDi/EcoDiesel Iveco F1CE3481E 2,999 cc DOHC 16v Common rail direct fuel injection 177 PS (130 kW; 175 hp) @ 3,500 rpm 400 N⋅m (300 lb⋅ft) @ 1,400 rpm

It's not listed on there though. The 2.0 130 has 128bhp and 258 lb ft. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

But yeah, when you wiki Citroen Relay it just reverts to Fiat Ducato, so it must mainly be a fiat thing, all the way back to 1981!

LK - my apologies, i'm not meaning to do a Teeps!

Erm....what do you need me to say?

He just wants your nudes

It’s always entertaining driving a van when you don’t have use of one regularly
