Pug 107 Auto!

on Mon Oct 15, 2018 7:04 pm
For the last 3 weeks, I've been using the Pug 107 auto for my commute. I brimmed it this evening and it's managed a respectable 51.9mpg. I fuelled at Tesco on the way back home this evening, and it's 8p per litre cheaper than here in Clevedon?! Due to local competition. Crazy difference!

I expect that at about 605 mph on the motorway it might do even more mpg.

Now I need a blast in the Jag - see if I can get it under 15mpg!!!

605mph??!?!! Tremendous speed!

But yeah, they're decent. SWMBOs 2007 1.0 manual 5dr is still going along, despite my efforts last week to destroy it by driving it a lowered barrier (did I mention that on here?)
We tend to average 50ish too. Although....not in terms of actually getting 50mpg, it's usually 52ish or 48ish. Never returned less than 46, ever, unless I missed a bad tank.
Best mpg figure by me - 68.6 across a whole tank, that was motorway driving at approx 60-70mph for nearly the full tank.
